Are these alcohol resistant?

They are definitely not alcohol resistant but neither are the Sharpie brand pens. However, I purchased a dozen of both brands from Amazon and the Sharpie brand markers are significantly superior to the AmazonBasics markers. The slight savings is not worth the "diluted Ink" appearance of the cheaper pens.

Buy the sharpie, they are a lot better.

Will these work on clothing?

It should. Although these are not at pigmented as sharpies.
