Fantastic for Puppies
I use this for puppies, and it is absolutely fantastic. Not only do they love it, but they also do very well on it, especially those who have trouble gaining weight due to being...well, crazy puppies. It is also very good for 'tricky tummies'. I mix about a tablespoon with about a quarter cup of warm water, feed 3 times a day for pups, or on demand. I does clump a bit, but you can help that by mixing a little water first and making kind of a paste, then diluting it gradually, same as with cornstarch, or, for that matter, flour. I have found this to be a life saver. It is a bit pricey, but worth it!

Dog loves it!
My dog loves goats milk. In fact, she likes milk generally, but the vet tells me too much cow's milk isn't good for her, so I use goat's milk instead. I make her food myself, and I'll add some of this powder to the mix.The powder is as expected: a dry, free flowing white powder. It comes in a sturdy tub with a good lid that seals shut easily. The 'best before' date on the tub I received in early September 2025 is 12/2026, so there's a good long shelf life.I tested it out by making one of her favourite treats: an ice cream made with sweet potato cooked in the milk, then creamed with a bit of extra powder to thicken it, whipped and frozen. This is something I usually only give her on hot days, but she was delighted to have it and enjoyed it as much as ever, so I assume the goasts milk passed muster! The suggested mix is 1 teaspoon of powder to 100mls water, and that was the ratio I used to get a made-up milk. At that rate, this tub is enough to make 10L of milk. The one I usually buy for her is intended for human consumption and is substantially cheaper than this one, so I'm docking a star for value. Other than that I'd be happy to buy again.

Did not dissolve
Rubbish. Does bot dissolve so you get powder clumping together. Absolute waste of money. My dog hated it…

Great for my elderly dog
I’m really pleased with this, I have used goat milk before for dogs but not tried a powdered one. This is easy to mix with water although I did use a mini whisk as it was a little clumpy with a spoon but no different to mixing protein powders or hot chocolate powder for instance. I’ve been using this for my oldest dog who is struggling to hold weight as he doesn’t have much of an appetite these days despite me offering numerous types of food each day. He’s really enjoying drinking this so I’m happy and will purchase again. I like that it’s made in the UK and the tub will last me a while as he’s small.
