Q: Do i need a load resistor for my 1996 chevy impala ss for brake lights and signal lights ?

I got rid of these and replaced them with an in-line resistor built-in. It helped with some of my hyper flashing issues. I went ahead and replace all LEDs with the resistor and it still does it when I hit my brakes. If I’m at a stoplight in turning.
