Samsung Galaxy Watch (42mm, GPS, Bluetooth) – Rose Gold (US Version)

This was is very pretty still bigger than what I wanted but that is my disadvantage of having a tiny wrist. I am still trying to learned everything it does and how to do it as I have been using a Fitbit surge for about 4 years. This has far more capabilities but I need to read more what they all are (almost like switching to a smart phone from the older cell phone days.... I know the capabilities are there I just am not sure how to put them all to use yet). The battery seems to run down faster than I expected but I know I am playing with the watch more than normal trying to figure out all the features and mechanics of it so hopefully that will level out in time. I have a sensitivity to certain materials so I bought a different strap and put the new one on immediately so I can't add info on the strap that comes on it (I however love the 'Milanese Loop Mesh Replacement Bracelet Metal Strap' especially because of the magnetic end to keep the strap at whatever length you would like it, again for small wrists). Over all I am very satisfied - I love that you can pick different faces for the watch everything I have looked at on the watch is clear and easy to see and it is far more feminine than my old FB. I would love to see a smaller version this watch one day (diameter of the face and how far it sits up off the wrist (though how small can it be with everything I'm sure needed internally to give people everything they want in a smart watch) but I don't plan on purchasing another watch for a few years (I am very active and my FB held up for me so I am assuming this one will too). I also purchase the face protector again because I'm so active and this one is so pretty it just seems more delicate but it does not feel flimsy or fragile. I have been wearing it for 2 days now and am very pleased so far!

Got my watch and have to say it is better than I expected to be. Works perfectly fine and has many useful tools. Love the color, the size, the functionality. There is nothing I would change. Came in perfectly shape, really good wrap. And the shipping was faster then expected. You have many apps to download with it. Also, many faces to download and match with your watch. The heart rate works better than other watches I had. And it had a fast and effective connectivity. The speaker work perfect and clear. And the mic also works fine. The connection for texting and checking emails and media stuff is really good too. Personalize the watch is easy and you will enjoy every part of it.

I got this watch for my wife and she loves it. Especially the sleep tracking and the step counter. The battery life is okay with the 42mm, probably about 2 days with normal use. I have the 46mm and get about 5 days with normal use, which is phenomenal. It accurately tracks everything from when we're chasing after the kids playing games, to taking a nap on the couch. The other day I was helping my boys at wrestling practice and it counted it as a workout, which it was.These devices are great for those who want to set the phone on the counter and still be able to pay attention to texts/calls/emails. I'm a farmer and work with my hands a lot and constantly cannot get my phone out of my pocket fast enough or am just plain too dirty to answer it. This is a great way to see who is calling and judge it's importance level prior to scrambling to get my massive phone out. They're a pretty fun little device that can really make your life a little less chaotic while allowing you to set the phone down and pay better attention to what's really important in your life. For all the millennials out there, this means everything non-digital. 😀

I ordered this watch for my Birthday . I've had it for almost 2 weeks now. The watch functions very well. If you use all the features even better. So far I've used about 65% of the functions on this watch. I love the water lock out mode. Such a beautiful watch . The craftsmanship on this watch is great. I bought the protector case for the watch face . Received it in rose gold as well . By looking at my watch you can't tell I have one on the watch . Also bought the screen protector as well . The apps are great, love Samsung pay . I can access all my emails my text and send pics . You can make phone calls with the watch as well . You do need to clear it out or it will start to slow. I use the weather app on it as well. I use it for the stress meter as well love it not entirely accurate but close . When I exercise its very accurate at keeping track of my activities . When it disconnects from your phone it's annoying . You basically need to set it up again. It took me 1 whole day to fix the issue . Don't use smart thing connect. It will mess everything up!! I had to take it off my phone to reconnect my watch. I have so many Things Bluetooth to my phone. My Bose ear buds, car, computer and phone. Was looking for a easier way to manage it all. I repeat just don't . It will mess every thing up. All of your settings will just stop working correctly. Overall it's a great watch . Has some minor flaws that can be tweaked to make it better . Battery life isn't all that great in my opinion. My watch would die daily if I didn't charge it at night . I do use it a lot though to be fair . I don't touch my phone unless I have to . Some content you can't see on the watch but almost everything you can . I would recommend this watch. I only gave 4 stars on battery but again I use my watch all day long .
