I got this chair to help my mom with the mobility. Her bones are dying so walking more than a few steps is excruciating. This chair is comfortable, rides smoothly, easy to maneuver. It turns around in a small area, backs up, and the joystick is easy to use. It is easier to control when the speed is atleast on medium to high. It’s compact, not bulky, and it doesn’t beat up the walls and base boards. Fits easily in my trunk and not extremely heavy but it easier to get in and out of the car with two people lifting it. This was a phenomenal purchase. Easy to assemble.

I must say wonderful price for what we got but…1. Needs to have longer cord so my left handed husband can control it easier2. Wheels need to be hard rubber not plastic, when going over the yellow bumpy handicap areas the wheelchair slides3. It’s really hard to open and close the wheelchair, I had to put WD40 spray on the bolts4. You need to sell or include a plastic cover so when traveling it won’t get scratches or wet if raining

For me this is perfect, the Walmart coolers are just to hard for me, we bought this, we can put it in our SUV easy, not to heavy. I did buy another cushion. It is very comfortable and bso far the battery has not even gone down by not even one light for. I found that setting it on three light dots out of five for the speed is perfect.

Don’t buy from Roplaso. You can’t get a response from them or call them. The phone number they have on their website site is not in service. The form that you fill out for contact never gets answered. I bought my wheelchair in December 2024 and the battery doesn’t last very long so I wanted to buy a second battery as a back up so I wouldn’t get stuck. However, since I can’t get any response from them I am unable to get another battery for it. Very unsatisfactory customer service.

The quality of the chair is also well-made and sturdy. I am putting heavy people in this chair and it performs well. So far, the battery seems to be operating for the time I need it, but it's been periodic during the day. This is worth the money.

Not super heavy and so easy to drive. It didn't really come with any instructions but came almost fully assembled. We were able to move the joystick to the left side with the help of some zip ties for the wires. I really like that the foot pedals can be moved like a regular wheelchair which makes entry and exit easier. My mom has been hesitant to use an electric wheelchair and I appreciate how slow this one goes on the lowest setting so she can gain confidence driving it.

Heavier than other electric wheelchairs at 47lbs, but the best features are the flip out foot rests and the fact that it becomes manual mode just by turning off the power. No need to flip any kind of switch.
