National Geographic World Wall Map - Classic (Poster Size: 36 x 24 in) (National Geographic Reference Map)

A perfect classic map at a GREAT PRICE. This map is a standard size too which made it easy to go to Michaels or a craft store with standard size poster frames that are very inexpensive. Having a world map in the house satisfies that "where is that?" question when reading something in international news, and gives a great context perspective. It is most important to have this for your kids. The world is so small now; best to know your way around.

Great map. I like this projection - seems more accurate to size than regular map projections. Good colors and detail. I purchased this along with a cork board and some pins to show where I've been, and now I've got a great conversation piece on the wall!

I ordered a 2023 and got a 2019.Taiwan's country name is not bolded like the rest and is assigned the same color as China. Wtf? Not cool. Hard to read. 1/5 of the map is empty Pacific Ocean and all the countries are squished and hard to read. Very disappointing, especially from nat geo.

Nicely done and that was exactly what I expected from National Geographic. Planing to put this one on cork background and have my travels marked.

Awesome map by National Geographic. Most cities with an airport can be found on the map.

I got the classic poster size. It was 19.99. That seemed to be a good price... for a laminated copy. However, it was not laminated. This exact same item is a normal item at our local staples. It cost 16.99. On top of that, the poster came in a brown poster tube labled 19.99. Inside that tube was a clear tube labled 16.99 and was the exact packaging found at staples. I had to take this over priced item to staples and pay 12.00 to have it laminated. So I recommend buying it at staples and get it laminated for less. This might seem like a small problem but being a teacher, every dollar counts.Now that the price has been described... The map is a good product and i recommend it. Just not for 19.99.
