Got the laptop for a few days now and I am so happy with it: the touchscreen is very responsive, working great in tablet mode and making my work much more enjoyable with its easy switch between typing and handwriting. Meanwhile, I am also very satisfied with its snappy performance and long-lasting battery life.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. The laptop took OVER 4 hours to be functional. Once everything was setup, it would not let me in with the message “pin failed.” I kept trying to setup my pin (again) but the verification email was never sent. Furthermore, it arrived BROKEN

"8 IN 1 BUNDLE W/ ACCESSORIES" arrived 2 weeks after the laptop did but communication with seller was good. I am pleased with the features and quality of this 2-in-1 laptop.

I love the computer!However when it came with Fedex the advertised accessory package valued at 399 $ was missing, not even a note that it will ship later.After lots of calls with Amazon and chats we ( yes we had 2 orders, my son and I: different accounts, different order numbers) finally received the missing items.Both 1 TB SSD are a joke: most of the time not accessible and if - latest after writing 40 gb to it it will drop out - not accessible any more. And write speed never > 2mbs.. Both SSD from both orders behave the sameI guess it is a rebranded SSD, flashed with the wrong numbers and sold as 1TB -it is a scam!

I got this laptop to replace my Microsoft Surface tablet that failed after just 3 years (boo!). So far, I really like this laptop. It's just the right size for me, was reasonably priced, has a nice clear display, the full-sized keyboard is comfortable to work with, sound quality is good, it's fast enough for my uses, and the internal battery lasts quite a while (although not quite the 10 hours advertised) before needing recharging. The laptop came with a lifetime subscription to Microsoft Office software, which I like better than having to pay a subscription each year. However, I was surprised that the version of Office is 2019. I would think that it would be a more current version. I also bought the 4 year extended warranty on the laptop, just to make sure that if this one fails after 3 years like the Surface, I'll have options for getting it fixed that won't cost as much as a new computer. I'm pleased with this purchase.

So far it works well. No problems.
