Great starter bike! NY bike trails, here I come!
I love this bike so much! It's a perfect fit as my first ebike, gets up to 21mph (it did get a bit faster but I was already at 21 while pedaling and started down a hill lol), and not only did the battery last on a 17 mile trip... But when pedaling it charges itself back up! I'm told that the self charging bit is an ebike thing in general but it still made me happy to see it happen lol. I went full throttle on the last 1/4 of my ride due to a headache that I fought through to get on my bike and the battery still didn't die on me. It brought the bike down to 1 bar so I started using pedal assist again and when I got home it was back up to 3 out of 5 bars.It's a great starter bike! Fast, reliable, great customer service too! I accidentally ordered a step over model and they changed it to the step through model with just a message. They even messaged me after delivery to verify I got the bike10🌟🌟🌟

Love this bike!!!!!
Bought the 27.5” step over version of this e-bike. It arrived on time with all pieces intact and ready to assemble. Assembly took about 30min and was fairly straightforward. My hubby and I are both 6’0+ and generous sized and this bike is perfectly sized for us! I didn’t even have to raise the seat! We’ve been riding the bike a few miles each day using pedal assist 1-2 and using throttle to go up large hills only and the first battery charge lasted about 1 week/30.5 miles. Absolutely love this bike and am soooo happy with my purchase! Would definately recommend and would buy again!

This bike is awesome works great, battery last long the only complaint I could offer is it’s very heavy for a bike. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an intro to E bikes

Fun e-bike & excellent customer service experience!
I bought 2 e-bikes. One for myself and one for my husband. It took about 20-30 mins to put together 1 bike, which isn’t bad. We were very excited to ride these and test them out.Unfortunately, my husband’s bike didn’t work. I called Veefa the next day and left a message regarding the issue, doubtful I would get a call back. However, they did call back a few hours later. The guy on the phone, Daniel, was really nice and understanding of my frustration. He offered several things I could try to do to get the motor working. He even sent me a YouTube video via text to support troubleshooting the issue. To my disappointment, nothing we tried worked. Daniel then offered to do an exchange through Amazon.We had to disassemble and repackage the bike and take it to FedEx. The bike is 50lbs, so that was a bit of a hassle, but we got it done. Veefa did provide us with a return shipping label so we didn’t have to pay for the return shipping. The refund for the bike came quickly after they received it. I’m still waiting for the shipping refund for the original bike. Veefa says it’s on its way still. Sadly, we just got a bad bike. Things happen. In my experience, Veefa has excellent, accessible, and communicative customer service, which I appreciated. Nothing automated or in another country.The replacement bike they sent us works perfectly. We put child seat attachments on the back of our bikes and our toddlers love to go on bike rides on the bike path with us. The bikes last for hours and hours on 1 charge. They’re easy to operate and maneuver. We’re very happy with them! I would buy another bike in the future from Veefa.

An excellent buy!
My wife and I have been cycling since childhood. Three years ago we purchased folding e-bikes, which are good quality, but mine did not fit me quite right. I’m 6’2”, 180 lbs, 78 years old. I researched e-bikes under $1,000. I’ve read hundreds of reviews, watched YouTube videos. I wanted a bike that felt like my mountain bike. I chose the Veefa X2 based on the reviews, the specs, and the 27.5” wheels. We bought two step throughs. They arrived in one week, completely well packed and intact. Assembly was easy for someone with average mechanical skills. All that said, we love these bikes. Fits me just right, with proper leg extension. Feels comfortable. You can ride with no power assist, or get the “right” combination of mechanical gearing and pedal assist. We’ve been riding daily for a week now and the bikes seem sturdy and well made. We highly recommend!

Couldn’t be happier!
I love my bike and it is performing just as anticipated. The assembly was not difficult and straightforward. Anytime I had a question the customer service team got back to me within 24 to 48 hours. Initially, there was a delay on getting the bike on the anticipated date so for that they sent me a phone holder for no extra charge for my trouble. This was a pleasant surprise since waiting an extra week or so was not that big of a deal. Unfortunately, my phone is a Galaxy Fold 5, which is a little thicker than most phones with the case, and it didn’t fit completely securely in the phone holder, which is no fault of their own. When I told them this, they went ahead and sent me a water bottle holder again without me requesting any compensation. You rarely get this type of customer service which is as quick and as generous as the team I’ve been working with from this company. There is no question. I would buy a product from this company in the future. without hesitation. I certainly wish other companies all behaved in a similar manner.

Okay ebike, good value
There is literally no rhyme or reason to the bike going faster than 20 mph. Randomly the bike goes faster than the usual 20 and will hold speeds between 23-28mph. It does it randomly, and if you stop pedaling during a speed burst it stops going faster than 20mph.The randomness of the speed makes it seem janky but it works and holds a charge pretty well. I bike 16 miles on a round trip for work and have 2 bars of the 5 on the battery left when I return using par 5 the whole time.
