works best with the included clearo (which is the best throw away clearo i have tried) and works good with the other cheap clearos i have laying around but i cant really use this with my mini pro tank 3 even on the highest setting the vapor productions is very poor and takes ages to heat up the coil seeing as its a 1.5Ohm coil this thing is def not running at the stated voltages as the throw away clearos are a much higher Ohm rating they work fine with great vapor.All this aside i was really happy to get to try new cigs clearos and can def see me ordering them for use with this device as they work very well. i bought this for use in the house and when round at friends. just dont expect to be able to use "better" tank systems with lower Ohms with this yes they work but the vapor you get is very very poor. Maybe i will try installing a 1.8 Ohm coil in my protank and try again.Works fine with my portable powerbank which is a massive plus as so not to be stranded without a vape well out and about. If you vape alot and want something for emergencys get this and a pack of nucigs clearor at 5 for £10.Enough said.EDIT - So i said the pro tank mini 3 from kanger didn't work very well with this and it doesn't but i took the stock 1.5Ohm coil out and put in a replacement 1.8Ohm and the result are much much better and on par with the clearos. Find it hard to believe that this thing is putting out the V stated as my mini pro tank chugs at 4.8V on my EVOD battery compared to this (which has been mentioned before) but for sitting in the house and having as a spare id highly recommend and i just hope it lasts the test of time!

So far I've been ok vaping at home with the heavy 2200mah Ego batteries where others have only lasted a couple of months or weeks sometimes, so I only use those when out and about - Even then, one of the big batteries is staring to give out and I realized that a direct usb plug in would save money and charging hassle - As far as I can see, this the only product available so far and as luck would have it, seems to work just fine and I can't think of what else I'd want it to do The variable voltage is a great bonus, though it does work a little differently on mine than the instructions describe: While it's 5 clicks to switch it on, it's actually 3 CLICKS to change the voltage, not 5 as they've written The seller I ordered mine from is a lucky find too as it arrived faster than others orders, seems reliable and while I can imagine it can be done cheaper, I think its well worth the £8 or so I paid...

Brilliant. Just what I needed and no need to buy expensive huge batteries to get an all day vape..As another commenter stated, to change the voltage, it's 3 clicks but the packaging still says 5.The reason I'm leaving out a star is for 2 reasons.There is a noticeable delay from pressing the button to the heating element heating up whereas the batteries I used have a much shorter delay.Secondly and most importantly, the included nucig clearomiser is bad. REALLY bad. It looks to be cotton wick fed and it takes a very long time to soak. Half an hour after filling, it still tasted like burning cotton. Bad memories of the old days when e-cigs first came out. Also, the mouth piece is removable to fill the clearomiser but it's push fit instead of screwed on. First time this was in my pocket, the mouth piece came off and all the liquid leaked out into my pocket. Highly recommend you just throw away the clearomiser, it's useless.

I have been using this type of pass through for years. I have one by the computer, one by the TV and one in the car.They normally last anything from a few weeks to a few months but good value considering the price and reliability of normal batteries in my experience.I find they only work to their full potential when connected to a usb plug with an output of at least 2 amps. Many modern computer usb's have an output of only 0.5 amps which is why some users may be disappointed with their performance.You can buy mains usb plugs and car cig. lighter adapters with a 2amp output cheaply from Amazon to get the full benefit.I would be lost without these gadgets.

I bought two of these to have in our cars and they are no good for that purpose. They'll turn on but you simply can't vape, the light starts flashing the minute you try. We have 3 cars, all with decent size batteries, one car has a built in usb socket and neither unit works in any car. That said they work perfectly well either plugged into a USB wall socket or via the USB port on a desktop / laptop / Xbox.They're handy to have around the house for the times you find you haven't got a spare battery charged, or to have plugged into the desktop if you know you're going to be sat there for a while, but unfortunately they're no good for the purpose for which I purchased them.

I knew this product was available as I've seen references to straight-through power sources before, but recently coming across one on a US site for $20 made me wonder if there was a better price.
