This was a wonderful gluten free pasta! Both the texture and taste were great; very close, if not equal to regular pasta. I head about this pasta from a book written by a chef and thought I would give it a try. It did not disappoint! If you are in a gluten free diet I highly recommend you try this brand!

This is the best GF penne that I’ve had! Excellent and 95% close to the real thing. Only issue is it gets brittle when refrigerated, so add a tiny tiny bit of water to help it rehydrate in the microwave or oven. Other than that, it’s so close to the real thing!

Delicious. Gave as a gift since the one person needs gluten free. They absolutely loved and said They had never seen the brand in a grocery store before.
