Great case! I’ve been purchasing OtterBox cases for my iPhones since my first iPhone 4. This is the only brand that I trust to keep my phone safe.

I am a big fan of the Otterbox cases but this one is my favorite one so far - I am using for a couple of months and did not change tue color even traveling to the beach. Fits very well my phone - it has a balance between thickness and protection

Not too happy with the cut out at the camera button

Otterbox has always been my go-to due to its durability for clumsy people like me. So, I bought one for my new 16 pro and didn't think twice about even looking at it. Got home and realized this is not up to the Otterbox standards I have become accustomed to. My first issue is the HUGE OVERSIGHT on their part. The case does not cover all the way around the phones face. It has a cutout where the new camera scroll button is. It is a giant gap that leaves the phone susceptible to damage. I looked at other cases and Otterbox seems to be the only one to have missed such an important detail, as the other case do have a sliver of cover to protect the phone's face. Second problem is the volume buttons. They wiggle versus being the firm buttons they have been in the past. Extremely annoying and seems to have the potential to break. The third issue I had was the texture change. I'm not a fan of it. Fourth was the color. It looked like a powder blue in the phone store but looked like a muted and drab gray color everywhere else I went with it. Needless to say, I took it back and am now searching for something equivalent to Otterbox's previous durability.

Received it in the mail. Took longer than expected. Does not say OtterBox anywhere on phone case.
