Q: Is anyone selling off single pieces of the Matisse pattern? Looking to replace a salad plate and soup bowl

Not that I’m aware of, sorry.

Q: Will the speckled blue plates with the lip fit in a dishwasher or is the lip too big?

I bought for my daughter. She has had no problem with them in the dishwasher. I’m not sure what you mean by the lip, it’s like a regular plate and the height of the plate fits very easily. I want to add, they are really beautiful and high quality. I got the dark blue. The family loves the size of the bowls.

Q: Capacity in ounces on the bowls?

24 ounces will fit to the very top of the bowl

Q: How deep/tall are cereal bowls? 5.25" is narrower than average 6" bowls, but does the depth make up for that to hold the same amout of soup/cereal?

The depth allows for same amount of serving than the wider plates.
