I don't understand your question? this is a magnesium supplement with two types of mag.glycanate and maleate. hope that helps.

Does this have a flavor to it?

I only used this once when they didn’t have my preferred brand. I always diluted in a large glass of water, have no memory of a particular flavor. You might also consider Genestra magnesium glycinate. I like that one which has an apple pomegranate flavor.

I have been taking this for over a month, I'm on my second bottle. I take it before bed and my quality of sleep is better, it helps with muscle soreness and I no longer get muscle cramps. The taste is great, but may be a little on the sweeter side for some.

Bad ingredients

Unfortunately this product is high in sugar content. In addition it is made with citric acid, Xanthan gum and natural flavors.Might as well be eating candy. Would never order again.
