Hetty is my two-and-a-half year old's treasure. She's an excellent friend for the hoover-obsessed child, much better than the toy vacuum cleaner we also own.Hetty is small but still of a decent size to not be trodden on or lost, her pieces offer interest and challenge to be pulled off and put back together, and she actually has suction unlike the toy hoovers. Her animated face is appealing to the children too and she's a hit with all of my son's friends. (her parts are small so she wouldn't be suitable for the very young.)

This is a great little device that actually does what it says on the box, sucks up dust off your worktop. And it is undeniably cute in appearance too. I bought this for my Wife as she uses a full size one at work, and she loves it. It is really well made, and is capapble of sucking dust and other small particles off your desktop. Well worth the few pennies asked to have a little gem in your possession.

This desk hoover is completely rubbish. I tried to suck up the crumbs between the keys on my laptop and she did absolutely nothing! The suction power is awful, almost non-existent! Do not buy this, it is just a waste of money. What a shame-I was so excited!

I couldnt really expect anything really powerful from a battery filled item, so not strong enough suction for really getting to grips with desk top cleaning. I bought it for hoovering dolls house carpets and it works well enough for that. I cant see it lasting too long the inner filter is flimsy looking. More of a novelty than practical. Have wondered if you put an attachment with a brush on it whether it would function better. I wasnt too impressed with the above questions on star ratings - rating it as a 'toy' whilst that really is all it can be the seller calls it a Desktop Vacuum desceptively which makes it sound more useful than it really is.

I use this to clean my ipad cover and I am very happy with it. When assembling the Hetty it was difficult to force the hose onto the main body of the cleaner and it split slightly, but I stuck on a bit of insulation tape and it still worked fine.

This little Hetty looks just like the real one. Great fun, even comes with a little crevice tool for all those important little places on the keyboard.The description says she takes 2 AA batteries, she actually takes 3. Larger than I expected. Not a large amount of suction but she does clean up crumbs.A great little novelty for the desk

I'm not sure if this is actually meant to be a desk toy for grown ups but I got it for my hoover/electrical appliance mad 3 year old and he loves it. It's loud, has a cute face, can be rolled around on its wheels and sucks up .....very little. Great toy.

Hetty looks pretty cute sitting on my desk, but otherwise what a disappointment. Although the quality seems pretty sturdy, when the on/off button is pressed it just keeps cutting out unless the button pressed down continuously for a while. The 'hoover' noise sounds quite authentic - but there is absolutely no suction whatsoever. It therefore doesn't even lift up a speck of dust or a single crumb. Maybe, I've just been unlucky, but I would not recommend you buy it - other than as an ornament.

It was a perfect gift, it came in new condition, the box was not damaged in any way. My child loved this gift.

This product is totally useless. There is no suction because the top and the base do not have an airtight seal. Therefore the vacuum motor draws in air from all around the seal area .... and does not draw in air through the hose. A complete waste of money.

N'aspire pas...Même si ce n'est qu'un gadget gag, ça aurait été sympa...Tant pis pour mon cadeau original! Je trouverai autre chose la prochaine fois.
