When I worked at Fedex, I wore a name tag that had magnets, but the backside magnet fell off and I lost it. I ordered these to replace the magnet on the name tag and the adhesive holds up nicely onto the name tag. It pins well onto your uniform or whatever you need. The red strip you see if what you need to peel off to reveal the sticky part. It's worth getting.

I feel like I write the same review over and over a lot - for a lot of items I think the thing we're always most concerned with these days is that the thing we bought is well made. It's not that complicated, it's a stick-on pin back. This is another example. It's just a stick-on pin; it's either well-constructed, or not.So in any case, these are nice pins! Well made, sturdy, the springs "spring" well and lock in place well when closed, the adhesive seems to stick and stay that way, which is exactly what I needed!

I make lapel pins for friends and coworkers and these are the BEST. I do use a bit of glue on them just to make sure they stay in place. I have purchased these many times and will continue to do so.
