I use it after working out, or last thing at night. It scoops up all the free radicals from exercise, or nasties picked up during the day and dumps them out of your blood so you can expel them naturally. It's very powerful stuff. Also, as a nice side benefit, it's said to recycle Vitamin C for reuse and supports skin health to keep you looking much younger for longer.

Q: What's the average shelf life? Can I stock up a year's worth or will they expire?

I used to buy a year's supply and they were fine.

As quoted with Prime membership at the time I'm posting this, the Pharma Nord in fact works out cheaper than many (possibly all) of the other brands available. 150 tablets each with 40mg equates to 6000mg (6 grams) for £34.83. That's £5.81 per gram of Pycnogenol. The Solgar pack of 30 x 100mg tablets for £24.45 (which I bought last time) equates to £8.15 per gram.
