I ordered three of these (for three doors) and I was surprised at how heavy the box was when it arrived. I like the substantial quality feel and they look good with Aqara locks.

I love the way this handle looks on the door. What I don't like about it is that it has no written directions (not that you really need them). There was a QR code you could use to see directions, but I didn't need that. another thing I don't like about this is that the bar that goes through the door and connects to the handle on both sides of the door is an independent piece, and it requires that you insert the included springs into each handle to make it work. Somehow one of the springs fell out and I didn't realize it. I installed the door handle, tested it, it worked, then I went to the store. I came home, still no issues. My wife gets home from work, still no issues. I then go pick up my granddaughter from school, come home, and I can't open the front door from the outside. I had to go through the garage in order to get in the house. I took off the inside handle, and that was when I noticed that the spring had fallen out during installation and was laying next to the front door mat. Easy fix, thankfully the spring was easy to find. I've installed quite a few door handles over the years, and I never had one that the bar was not attached to one of the door handles.

Really good looking and really solid build quality. Perfect match with the smart lock. Worth the money!

I highly don’t recommend to by the door handle. I bought this to match the lock that I got from this brand and I also needed a door handle and I saw this one matched. I’m now on my second one they break so easily with the first one breaking within a month and the second less then a week.
