Took me about 2-3 to assemble due to my health issue, but got it done. It easy to assemble. Be good idea to charge battery while you're assembly the bike. Hardest part was installing the rear fender. I red previous reviews a lot of people mention the mirrors not being far apart enough so I ordered different mirrors for it and installed them instead. I haven't taken the bike out for a ride yet but I plan on today I believe the bike's going to be a pretty good bike its pretty sturdy. I ordered the upgrade at seat but I have to wait another 3 weeks in order to get that that's probably the worst thing but I can deal with it.

I purchase the base model and it’s as advertised! I have only had it a few weeks but seems like really good trike for the money. Not many negatives. It is heavy like the reviews say but I do think that helps with stability. Assembly is fairly straight forward. Figure an hour if you are by yourself. Very well built and rugged. Ride is nice and turns on a dime. Good power but it’s not a road runner. Base models tops out at about 20 mph with hard peddling in assist mode 3. Remember to unlock the speed restriction on the control pad. You can find a video by the company on YouTube for that. Seat and seat back are comfy but thinking of getting upgraded seat so I can sit farther back from the peddles. The peddles are pushed forward farther than a regular bike but I think my bad knees would like to be even a little further back from the peddles.

It took awhile to receive my trike and it was delivered by FedEx. If FedEx had not just dumped the box containing the trike off the end of his truck my have been less. It is very difficult for one person to move the box.The left rear wheel was bent and needed replacement. The company did want some proof and accepted two short videos of the wobbly rear tire. More time time to receive the new rim and disk brake w/screws. The tools they send to put the trike together are sufficient to do that but needing to take off the rear wheel you need a larger socket wrench. The screws to attach the disk brake to the rear wheel require a special tool which cost me $15 at home depot.I gave the full five stars for the trike and the service I got from the supplier of the trike. Once it was ready to ride I find it very sturdy. I was able to ride it in low gear around my block without the electric. I did try the electric an found it to be very responsive. I am 6'2" tall and I fit on the trike very well. I could want a bit longer handle bar but the way they are is fine.

This trike is amazing. I have two speeds out of all that help me petal assist the way I like. Very easy to get a nice workout. I have three other trikes. My wife and son fight over who gets to ride this one every time we go out. I got the bigger seat...game changer. That's what led me to this trike. I can't say enough good things...you will love it too, especially if you are tall. Plenty of stretch. I like the semi recumbent style. Reminds me of my Harley. They should offer highway pegs for when you don't want to pedal anymore. I am going to come up with something that works for us.

Now that I have this trike assembled and have been able to ride it, I would give the trike itself five stars. The assembly was a nightmare due to terrible instructions. The order of the assembly instructions was backward. My advice to anyone starting out, install the safety wheels on the back BEFORE you install the rear basket. If you follow the instructions, the rear basket being in place keeps you from being able to see the frame underneath to install the safety wheels unless you lay down on the floor underneath it. I couldn’t do this, so I felt my way through it without being able to see what I was doing. My trike came without the mounting screws for the front basket. I tried to contact customer support through the website and received no response. I was finally able to reach them through Amazon. They told me to look in the packing box for the screws which I had already done. Duh! I was then told that the screws had to be ordered from China, and it would take a while to get them. I still don’t have them, so I cannot install the front basket or headlight. I’m not sure I will ever get these parts. Again, the bike is fun to ride, but if I had it to do over, I would choose an American made brand.This is an update to my review. Customer service reached out and advised me that they were working on modifying the assembly instructions. Also, I received the screws they sent and was able to install the front basket. I appreciate that the seller made things right. This trike is great to ride, and the back of the seat is really comfortable. It has a lot of great features, and I hope to have some fun rides with my friends.

Well so far happy with the product. Rock solid Trike. However, the rear right wheel was damaged during delivery. Kelly with there company is sending a new wheel to replace the bent wobbly one. The box appeared to be in good shape but coming from China who knows. This bike is great and the response so far for repair has been outstanding. Hopefully the replacement wheel will be easy to put back. We also order the Tour and it was in perfect condition. Highly recommend.

This is a great machine. Go where ever you want to go. Fits through a door way. Comfortable seat with a back rest. I bought two of them for my wife and I so we could both enjoy getting around. She has two artificial knees no problem. Opens up a world of possibilities and adventures. And the price was below the others while the trike is superior in it's construction. It was a snap to assemble and the battery will get you out and back with it's superior range. Six other people have sent for them seeing ours and they are also very pleased. Have to stop writing and go for another nice ride.
