Needed adjustments but worked fine
It was a great last minute purchase for Halloween. The hat was on the bigger side, but I folded it in and that helped. Be sure to purchase a scarf if you're going for a stewardess look. Otherwise, people think your part of the Air Force.

GREAT PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE
First off, the package arrived sooner than expected, we live in Quebec, Canada ! Then for the price, this hat is very nice and very well made. The material is sturdy and the 'foam' inside makes it keep its shape. I would not hesitate one bit to buy from CHARACTER FANCY DRESS again.

This hat is made for someone with a fat head!!!!! Way too big for a petite female. Also, this item is not available for returns - a detail I missed when placing my order. Phissshhhh!
