The chairs are great! The directions for assembly should have something about using the Allen wrench to screw in the screws or that the screw has two sides. It wasn’t hard after figuring that out.

Great Chairs & Excellent Customer Service
These chairs are great—stylish, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. I do highly suggest you get help assembling these if putting things together is not your jam!! We did have a small issue with the balance of the feet, but customer service was amazing and resolved it quickly. Highly recommend!

The greatest chaise loungers!
I ordered two of these chaise lounges before any price increases take hold. These loungers are absolutely beautiful!We live in a high wind area, so I only take the pillows out when I sun bathe! Winning!

Sturdy and Look Great
I would give them a 5 but the instructions were a bit lacking in sufficient details on some of the steps. I believe they also describe the bolts to attach the back and the bolts to attach the side arms backwards in terms of which to use there.

durable and easy to move
My pool area is gravel not sand or concrete. Even though these chairs weigh in over 50lbs the wheels make them super easy to move. The structure is cast aluminum (not iron as some reviews say) Cast iron would rust up so fast in the outdoors. These show no sign of rust or deterioration from sun, rain and wind. You do need to use a towel since they get hot in the sun. Actually an advantage when you get out of the pool and are cold. You can lay a towel on these chairs and it is like the old days when we would lay out on hot concrete. But not so hot that it burns skin just uncomfortable without a towel. In past winters would ruin the plastic chairs since we see below 0 degrees F.
