Strong and tasty
REALLY flavorful black vinegar for Chinese cooking. Way better than the diluted stuff I can find at the Asian grocery store in town.This lasts a long time and the flavor is umami loaded joy.

Delicious taste
I absolutely love this vinegar! I use it to make a dumpling sauce and a little goes a long way! Im obsessed with vinegar but this makes a excellent addition to dumplings/gyoza dipping sauce! You can simply add a little to any dumpling sauce for a little extra kick!

Good product but best for mixing with another liquid
If you like Unami, this is your pick. It is a little too powerful for us, but when mixed with olive oil and herbs it brings out delicious notes.
