Yoko Japanese Buckwheat Soba Noodles, 300g

Excellent quality noodles, cooked quickly and tasted wonderful. I didn’t expect them to turn out so good. It worth every penny. And given how healthy it is, I could have noodles guilt free.

Packaging was good by Amazon as always.This is the first time I've bought soba noodles. I was a bit skeptical but after having it in a stir fry...it changed my mind.It's healthier than other maida noodles and tasty too.

First, the bad points. One, like others have pointed out, the package doesn't give the ratio of buckwheat to wheat flour. See the attached photo. Second, it's made in China, and NOT Japan (see second attached photo). The last package of Soba noodles that I purchased was made in Japan (where, I understand, these noodles originated), and the percentage of buckwheat was clearly mentioned on the pack.Now, the good. This particular brand tastes just as good as the (presumably authentic) Japanese one...I don't see much difference in taste and texture. Next, it must surely be much healthier than the maida ka noodles that we get in the market. Buckwheat flour is kuttu ka atta, and that is healthy...full of fibre & vitamins (refer to Wikipedia!). Buckwheat flour and wheat flour should be much healthier than just maida!Soba noodles has become a staple in our household, and yes I would buy these noodles again.Please click the like button if you found my review helpful!

It was the heat noodles we ever had, super smooth, great quality and awesome taste. Worth the money.

Delivery boy behaviour is to bad..And product is good. But price is very high.

This is the real thing. Soba noodles sans wheat flour, which most of the other brands include and which are not okay for someone on a wheat-free dietary regimen. These are the ones I'll always buy in future.

Great taste if someone likes buckwheat..but anyway it also has wheat in it..the overall quality is great. For someone who is looking for pure buckwheat noodles this is not the choice. Apart from that great product great delivery.
