I ordered this Naturyz multivitamin based on the reviews. Now this is my 2nd order for this product. Everyday I had some of basic health issues like neck pain, leg pain this that. But after taking this multivitamin I feel so energetic and fresh. My laziness too disappeared. I would recommend this one to everyone. This is a nice product from Naturyz. Not only recommended for gym goers but all Men because it is especially formulated for Men who want to take care of their health. As it contains more vitamins and minerals than other product. It has highest number of Nutrients in 1 tablet available in the market, 55 Vital nutrients along with 13 performance blends that consist of Vitamins, Minerals, Testosterone boosters, Muscle building boosters, Sports amino acids, Antioxidants, Vitality natural extracts, Digestive enzymes, Joint care & Weight management blends. This multivitamin tablets is also a dope free. No other brand gives this kind of composition in a single tablet. I am using it daily after lunch (intake of fat is must before consuming Multivitamin as many vitamins are soluble only in fat ) and I'm not seeing any type of negative side effects till now.

Zameer here I hope I can solve as much query regarding this product I am also using same pdt. Nothing is better than fruit juice and Omega oil for vitmanis and for your skins. But role of this pdt. Is to work as additional support to recover your energy level which you lost in your daily fatigue , also act well as antioxidant if you want better results consume this pills with juice and after proper diet or in morning with breakfast. It's better than others pdt in market because it doesn't cause any side effects and safe from others , to maintain health skin,hair and body please follow below diet suit to everyone . Eggs,brokle, Omega 6 or 5 , lemon juice with honey and Ginger, green veggies, peanut butter, green salad with little raw garlic. thanks

Worst multivitamin ever. I got this a while back on 18th November. For some reason I did not use them for 2-3 months and when I decide to take them. The capsules were inflammated and there were huge cracks in each and every capsule. I want to clear one thing IT'S EXPIRY DATE IS 03/20. This is my first experience with naturyz and it's horrible. I've been training for 3 years now and no MV supplement has turned out like this. DON'T BUY. Also guys most people would go for this because of tribulus. Please understand on thing if you're supplementing MV (eat 2-3 fruits daily instead) you just need essential vitamins and essential minerals THAT'S IT . Go for some other brands. I personally prefer dymatize it's slightly expensive but it actually helps. I'm soon gonna file a complaint under section 51 (Any person who whether by himself or by any other person on his behalf manufactures for sale or stores or sells or distributes or imports any food item for human consumption which is of lower quality or sub-standard, shall be liable to a penalty which may extend to five lakh rupees.)

After using it for a long time I am finally writing the review. It has a medicine like taste but I don't care about taste because I don't feel that is that important because anyways it won't leave an aftertaste that will interfere with your meals. But you will feel the difference after using this. U will suffer from less minor injuries in the gym and will be able to work out more consistently. This multivitamin actually works. Very good product. Also it has perfect amount of the required vitamins as you will see on the back of bottle and also least number of preservatives and no harmful ones like parabens. So naturally won't give side effects or digestion issue.

I feel energetic and regularly using it in night before I went to sleep and wake in the morning with a fresh mood. Previously I was using it during morning but observed it works better in night as body get rests and works better when muscles were ideal. No side effects. Using it for more than a year
