Its not that Long lasting as Hand and body heat pouch they are just amazing... even shoe pair is good but only if you are useing it within the shoe. Incase, if we try to get smart like wearing it within the soaks at times when going to a Pilgrimage place then it is a Disaster as it slips. However can try your luck with Soaks with rubber soul.
