Spicy but flavorful
The flavour is authentic Kolhapuri. I used it for making misal pav. I also add small quantity in Dals. Warning: you'll need to keep the chimney or exhaust because this flavour will cause coughing. For a good 15-20 min after cooking also, you'll need chimney on. But taste is not as spicy as the aroma suggests. If you're not
