No, certainly not after the scrub! Soap can be used very effectively with the scrub.

Can I use a body scrub with this?

Personally I don't think you will need a body scrub with this mit it exfoliates all by its self

Can I use this on my face?

Yes gently, I do anyway, and moisturise after. Don't do it if you're leaving the house imminently though it leaves your skin red for a while after (like maybe an hour).
