Attractive but easel function not adjustable.
This iPad cover gives good value for the price with only one negative. I really like the appearance of this iPad cover, it is sleek and attractive. It also is easy to grip so that I don't drop the iPad. It fits well, no slippage at all. And it turns off the iPad when you close the cover.I have only one complaint:.easle function is not adjustable, and it does not raise the iPad as high as I would like it for ease in reading.Would I recommend this for a friend, yes, with the caveat that it does not raise the iPad up very high at all, and it feels as though you have to look down on it almost as though it is laying flat. If that is not an issue, then definitely I would wholeheartedly recommend this iPad cover. I don't transport my iPad often, so this problem with the easle function is an issue for me.

Close - but I hate the fins!
I have been looking for the perfect case for my new iPad. I have the Marware case for my Kindle Fire, and I love it. It is perfect, so as soon as it was available for the new iPad I jumped. This case has the same great quality and is mostly excellent. The problem is those fins on the back. The case for the Fire doesn't have them. The cover folds around and lies completely flat on the back. It has a small groove that allows you to prop up the device with the cover. The fins on the iPad version certainly work better to prop the case up, but they get in the way when you want to fold the cover behind, and they ruin the smooth, sleek lines of the iPad.Honestly, it is very well made and works great. Those darn fins have me looking for a case I like better, though, so 3 stars.

Good match for the white iPad 3
This case is thin and light, and the silver color looks very nice when paired with the white iPad 3. The sleep-wake function works perfectly well with the magnets on the cover. There is a tiny gap between the back cover and the back of the iPad (as mentioned by reviewers of the black version of this case) but overall the fit seems quite good. The top folds flat behind the back, which makes it comfortable to hold. The material is wonderful to the touch, and hides smudges and fingerprints.I have had a hard time learning to position for the different viewing angles, and sometimes the iPad slips off the fins if it's not placed on the exact spot. I hope in time I will get more accurate in placing it - maybe it's my own problem, rather than a design flaw.In all, this one's a keeper. Light, thin, soft to the touch and nice to look at.

Pretty nice
This case is very good but not perfect. It super thin which is what I Ike and the magnetic cover stays shut and works like it should. The back case puckers a little but is snapped more than secure to the edges. The video viewing angle takes a little effort in that the trifold cover must stay tucked under the lip on the back or it will fall over. I seldom use it that way so not a big issue.Overal good purchase but the cover should be priced at around $15 not $27 that I paid as its just plastic an vinyl.

I like the product, just hope it wears well.
Light weight and not bulky. Had a very similar competitive brand and liked it, but the seams on the lid separated after about one year of use. Hoping that this one will have better constructed lid seams. I had seen in other reviews that some had problems seating the iPad into the folio. I did also, but before returning it, I warmed the corners with a hair dryer and then the iPad snapped into place like I thought it should. Now I hope it lasts longer than the old one did.

Great Case
This is a great case for my new iPad. I had considered the Smart Cover but wanted to protect the back of the iPad too. This case protects the entire iPad and the auto on/off feature when the front cover is opened and closed works great.I had emailed the seller immediately after purchase with questions and never heard back from them until after the case arrived and I let amazon know I was unhappy with sellers customer service. Seller then promptly responded several times and told me I could return the item.

Balance of protection and style
This is a very good case for protection, it covers all the corners along with the front and back, making it nearly impossible to ding or scratch your iPad. The fins on the back elevate the device off of the surface, so if there is a spill the device and case are mostly untouched, as well as helping secure the iPad when the front cover is folded propping up the iPad.

The Best "Slim" case I've found
I've owned all of the iPad versions to date, and spent a lot of money trying out different cases over the last few years. I like my iPad to be protected, while still keeping the smallest profile - this case does it (ended up with the same case for my iPad 2). Unlike the Apple smart covers, the cover is physically attached to the slim back - this allows me to walk around with it holding onto the cover when it's folded behind and not worry about the magnets breaking free and dropping it. The ridges on the back work great for positioning it at different viewing angles, and they give you something to keep a secure grip on the iPad while holding it.
