Chair is working great - had a few bumps with the electronic keypad, but customer support was awesome in working through issue and sending a new keypad.

Fits my Massa Max chair perfectly. Wasn’t sure if it would fit right, but it is exactly the shape necessary to extend the wear especially if you have pets around the house.

It fits! I was confused trying to put it on the chair the 1st time, the brand name at the top is a helpful guide, and I haven't put it on by myself yet. I like that it deters the cats just as well as foil does.

This was a good cover for my massage chair. It was a little oversized but makes it easier to put it on and remove it.

Everyone who used my chair made the same complaint: the rollers hurt when getting to the hip bones. Lifting butt off the chair is the only answer. I asked customer service how to adjust on part of the massage for intensity. The representative said that the 4D massage could be adjusted up or down but not one portion. She sent me a 0.25 inch cushion which she admitted wouldn't work, and it didn't. I wish that I could give the chair a better rating. This will require us to return the chair. Also, while the delivery men brought the chair into the house, we're told that we have to set it outside. This will be tough for a couple of 75 year olds! If we get help that is not timely, we're worried about weather damage.
