Haven't used the heating function but all the different speeds and pulses work well. It is great for my neck and shoulders. Item came in quickly and looked exactly like advertised.

Right out of the box you can tell this is a quality product. I base this on weight and texture. It is much heavier than it appears but I think that is a good thing as I think it is dependable to keep working for hours and hours. The grip is very good but not rough, something like a hard rubber. It has three buttons, one for vibration and one for heat. They all work well and the vibrator is worth the money.
