Received product yesterday, packaged well, looks great right out of the box. Assembly was very easy, written instructions included. very well made, nothing cheap about this gun except for the price, used it on lawn mower fittings yesterday, worked great. will be a great asset to my routine maintenance chores in the future!!CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE AND QUALITY.

No leaking
I like this grease gun. Other in the past have been a mess. This one hasn't leaked a drop. It'll keep my old trucks running Smith for years.

WELL MADE - EASY TO USE
This grease feels solid in your hand, the action is just as expected and the finish is beautiful. The pistol grip is much easier to use than my previous lever handled model. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality pistol grip grease gun.No jamming, no leakage. 0 frustration.

Coupler will not release zerks unless unscrewed.
The coupler (tip) will grab zerks and not let go - you’re forced to unscrew the coupler each time to get it back off.... if you can.I can see scenarios where the zerk is buried deep. You’ll have to break something to get it back off if you try to grease it. Nice gun, HORRIBLE coupler.Now I’m looking at buying a quality coupler. With the additional expense, I could’ve bought a different gun.The fittings don’t seem to seal very well. Maybe I should’ve put something on them. Teflon tape?The gun is comfortable, and it pumps grease.

The product was just what I needed to maintain my husqvarna 2654 lawn tractor some of the grease fittings are hard to grease but this grease gun did the job and did it very well I'm very pleased and would buy again if I ever need to but I think that will be a very very long time from now!! If you want a good product get this product you be sorry!!!

Should already be embarrassed that there is no thread in the grease gun. Could not use them therefore. But am a craftsman, could help myself

update, cust service took care of me
the first grease gun had issues BUT their good cust service gave me a new one that was in perfect cond and let me keep the bad one with metal crumbs in it to clean up and use, its a very nice grease gun, i like the pistol grip much better than a lever, its much easier to use, i would buy from them again
