I almost never write reviews but had to this time. My job requires me to remove over 100 staples a day. I would leave work with significant pain in my thumb from using regular staple removers. I even snapped one right in half while struggling to open a staple on a thicker chart. Many of the staples I removed are the heavy duty ones designed for larger stacks of paper. None of the removers I tried worked well and I’d spend so much time wrestling with them. This stapler is so easy to use and impressively sturdy. As soon as I took it out of the package I was impressed because I didn’t expect such great quality for the price. It’s even takes out the heavy duty staples with ease. However, I did get a giggle out of the fact that the staple remover came in a package that was sealed by about 6 staples. I would definitely recommend these to anyone!

This is a little clumsier than my previous one, and I miss the magnet it had for picking up staples. That said, this does a good job of removing staples without mangling the paper.

Good great for the office only complaint would be that it's sometimes hard to get under Staples.

I love these staple removers. Easy to use. The metal tip slips easily under the staple, then just press the handle together, and Voila...out comes the staple.

For years I’ve struggled with the standard staple remover and it’s made harder due to a chronic finger injury. Recently I had to start using heavy duty staples for work and they are more than those standard removers can handle so I was thrilled to find this. No more struggle, no matter the staple! I have to remove a lot of staples daily and this makes it easy on my poor thumb. I keep it in a pencil cup on my desk where it’s always handy and I’ve thrown away those other little contraptions of pain and struggle. It’s the little things that can make such a big difference, and for me, this is one of them.
