Superb knife
This knife is comfortable to hold and is superbly sharp. A pleasure to work with after battling with a blunt old one which refused to sharpen.

Solid quality knife
Very sharp right out of the box. Good weight to it, and well made. Great for the price, and much better than other gimmicky and more expensive equivalents.

Good, cheap and sharp knife
You will have to sharpen it each time you use it, to keep it sharp. And it is never as sharp as the more expensive cooks knives, but that's not a bad thing. I've been using it as my main knife for three years and it's still good.

Quality
I usually buy Victirinox, but though I would give this a try after seeing the nice price tag.Very well balanced and lightweight. Can use it comfortably for hours with easy and accurate control.Holds an edge, and capable of being razor sharp so long as you look afetr the edge.

Not made in England
How do they get away with pretending the knives are made in Sheffield.....they are not. Don’t be deceived.

Quality control?
Not bad for the price, had to return the first one i recived as it was bent, which having such a hard alloy must have been a manufacturing defect.

Not the same handle as my old one...
Exactly the same blade, but the handle is smaller and lighter in weight.Still, a fantastic knife if it lasts 30years+ like my old one...PS. watch your fingers, very sharp 😆
