コンロのセンサーが誤反応する・・・
温度センサー付きの現代のコンロでは、すぐに高温判定されて消火されたり最弱火にされたりしてしまいます。一応それでもコンロを見張りながら都度調整してあげることで、遠火のような調理はできました。軽くて使いやすいので中央部分だけ鍋にくっつくようにして温度センサー対策していただければより良い商品になると思います。
