I use these for hydration top up, i add them to just water or squash and drink them through the day I found they did help with giving me the opportunity to boost mineral and salts in my body also found really helpful with rehydration after a busy day at work. I can't say whether they will help with your craps all I can suggest it may be Google o.r.s hydration and ask them see if they have customer service..
