It’s just been about one month since I started. I only take one tablet a day, every day, same time. What I have noticed is that I am awake (really awake) much earlier every day (5-6AM). I have always been a good sleeper so I haven’t noticed any difference. But I can honestly notice a difference in energy and early rising. If you decide to give it a try be consistent, give it a month. So for my dosage it is a value for the money, easy to take, no smell and no taste, and since the effect for me is positive the vitamin quality is exactly what I have been looking for.

My monthly subscription. They seem to absorb better than a standard vitamin. The 10X brand is great quality. These seem to be more effective than a store-bought brand.

Best fully methylated multi vitamin on the market for approximately $50. Take 1-2 per day usually 1 even though bottle says up to 3. Works way better than Thorne Basic Nutrient. Cheaper than Thorne advanced nutrients, noticeable difference in the way you feel!

I believe these are excellent quality. Everyone should take methylated vitamins and this is a good choice.

Extremely happy with the product, the results are noticeable in my case. Energy and work outs intensity is noticeable. 4 stars, Wish the price was less since I'm considering buying this vitamins long term.

These are a constant rebuy. I have a MTHFR & COMT mutation and these make me feel a world of difference. They give me more energy and less irritability. They have a slight smell but I don’t seem to taste them. They’re a little on the big side for me but you could easily add them into a smoothie.

3 months of taking this. I bought it on a whim. Cringed at the price. I had zero expectations. OMG it was a great decision. I am more regular. I sleep much better including falling asleep. I have no idea how something I take in the morning. Makes me fall asleep at night. Those are two fairly quick changes I saw. Now at three months out, I’m starting to see that my hair is looking better. I was having a problem with breakage and on one side of my head it was worse- My hair wasn’t growing. I have people saying my skin looks better. Also, I am in my 60s had started getting those dark red marks if I would bang my arm that usually people in their 80s get and I’m like I’m too young for this. The red marks have stopped.. You are rarely actually aware of what a vitamin or supplement is doing. Somehow I break down these vitamins better and they are more bio available to me. I had bariatric surgery 11 years ago so I don’t break down things well so for me this is literally a miracle. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!

I have been on these for over 5 months thanks to God and these I have not been sick since no seasonal flu or colds and have greatly helped my weight loss with carnivore diet (not strictly dirty carnivore) recommend as it is mentholated multi vitamin, pricy but no longer have to purchase other vitamins in support so offsets cost.
