Does it come with the adhesive to put the screen back?

Hello. The 2011 iMac does not require adhesive for the screen. The screen is held on by magnets in those models.

Would this work for a 2010 iMac as well?

Hello! The 2010 iMac does need a different Thermal Sensor cable than what comes with this kit. We do have a kit for the 2010 iMac here: https://goo.gl/duRkcu
