It does not work simply. Philips should discontinue this product or make it usable. Blade are not effective to trap the hairs. It can not be returned so waste of money completely.

There's no information anywhere in/on the box about how to use it or clean it or how to use the mirror. I had to YouTube information. This is not customer friendly. It's not as effective as a razor. Also not suitable for skin which is loose or wrinkled with age. Don't buy for older relatives.
