Shoes still fit, and are now comfy!
Exactly what I was hoping for - a flat, thin, comfortable insert! My shoes are wide, so, as per another review, I sized up one size and trimmed where needed - perfect! Now my soles have padding, and my shoes still fit and feel good. Hooray!!!

Great for boots and fashion sneakers.
Do you have a pair of boots that are lacking in cushion? Do you have a pair of fashion sneakers that are also lacking in cushion? These are the answer to your problems. With a shoe stretcher and these insoles, I am able to transform every pair of boots (or fashion sneakers) into wearable, functional and COMFORTABLE shoes. I have really bad feet, like they’re made of glass, and I can attest that these take away pain. There is no arch, but you don’t need arch support in every shoe, do you? I have been using the Spenco brand for at least three decades - I highly recommend.

These are perfect cushions for orthotics
I needed a flat insert to sit over a hard plastic arch support. The rubberized bottom is perfect for this purpose as the insert does not slide around. Unlike several other flat insoles I’ve ordered this one is substantial in thickness and is very durable. It is comparable to the insoles I purchased from GoodFeet for $35. The surface that touches the foot is flat and smooth but not slippery. The bottom is rubberized. The insole itself is very comfortable and provides a small amount of cushioning. The best part is that they seem to be antimicrobial and keep my feet dry while I’m wearing them. They don’t take up too much space in my shoes. I found that the size 7 fits just fine in my 6.5 shoe (there was a $6 increase in price for the 6.5 size at the time of my purchase so I ordered the 7 and planned to trim but no need). These are great basic insoles for people who have a custom orthotic or other arch support to lay them over. I would not recommend them for use by themselves. They are flat and intended to be used over a custom support. These are not meant to provide support on their own. They are meant to lay flat over your own supports. I find them perfect for that purpose and after wasting a bunch of money trying to save money I simply paid the $15 for a single pair. Yes I wish they were less expensive but I think they are probably worth the $15. I had similar ones that lasted for over a year (even with regular washing) and my hope is that these will last too. I will update on any major changes in my opinion about the product but as of right now I really like them and I think they are fairly priced. I caution anyone who is looking for a supportive insole against these as they are simply not meant to be worn alone. If you are looking for support these will not work. If you are looking for a nice cushion to go on top of another arch support these are perfect for that purpose.

Works well
Love these things. I am a physical therapist with foot issues but I buy a pair of these each time I get new shoes. They are great!

Great comfortable, thin and affordable insole
Very comfortable and thin enough so that they don't take up too much room in your boot or shoe if you don't have a lot of room to spare, like in heritage boots. I'm using them in a pair of Red Wing moc toes and they give me extra comfort and take up just enough room to improve the fit.

Lightweight Cushioning for Everyday Comfort—But Not for Support
Lightweight Cushioning for Everyday Comfort—But Not for Support I’ve used the Spenco Rx Comfort Insoles on and off for years, and they’re still one of the best options if all you want is a soft, low-profile cushion rather than firm arch support. They’re thin enough to slip easily into most shoes—even dress shoes or sneakers that already fit snugly—without making them feel tight. Comfort-wise, they provide a noticeable difference if your shoes have worn-down factory liners. The Spencore foam has a gentle spring to it that helps absorb heel and forefoot impact during walking or long standing. They’re great for daily wear, travel, or use on top of custom orthotics where you just need an extra layer of padding. What they’re not: these aren’t structured orthotics. If you’re looking for arch correction or plantar fasciitis relief, these won’t help much—they’re intentionally flat. The top fabric does help reduce friction and blisters, and the anti-odor claim is decent but not perfect (they’ll still pick up sweat smell if worn all day). Durability is above average; I’ve had pairs last several months of steady use before compressing. You can wash them by hand and air dry to extend their life. Bottom line: a simple, reliable, thin cushion that improves comfort without changing your shoe’s fit or feel. Excellent for light padding under orthotics or as a quick upgrade for worn insoles, but not a replacement for true arch-support inserts.

A good price and works well
These things are great. My podiatrist recommended them. I use them with my custom orthotic. They last a fairly long time and I can notice when they wear out. Fortunately they are cheap to replace

Just what I was looking for.
Just what I was looking for. Product is thin enough to not make shoes too tight, but still provides comfort.

Le livreur a laisser l'enveloppe par terre en présence de gros vent. Pourtant j'ai une boite aux lettre, une petite paire de semelle rentre facilement sur le rebord de ma boite aux lettre en refermant le couvercle. Très décue du livreur

Use to wear these inserted into spike shoes for hard athletic track surfaces, and now I have returned to these inserted into the latest Nike running shoes doing sprints on roads, reduce shock mid/for foot
