I really like this stuff it does help with my sciatic nerve problem so I take one a day and when I feel like like I don’t know you could tell when your body if you listen to your body, you could tell when you need something and you tell when you need to stop the pill as well, so that’s what I do

I will never skip this supplement again! Reduces blood pressure and I sleep like a baby 8-10 hours. I’ve been waking up at 3 for weeks and couldn’t figure why. I had forgot to order this. Never again!
