These are insane! I documented all my process at the time when I started taking these. I am unfortunately writing a late review. Proof photos are coming in hot! I know with some knowledge that we grow barely half an inch of hair a month/per month. When I was taking these, it made my growth process so much quicker! Even my temporary hair stylist noticed! I still have a few pills left in my container, but it is so worth it to buy again! I will be buying these again. For me they are easy to swallow. I didn't have any stomach or digestive issues. Benefits are so real for the hair growth!

I had a neck brace with a lot of velcro on it, I had to keep my hair in a ponytail on the top of my head and ended up with a bald spot right front and center of my hair and being a woman with a large bald beacon where everyone can see it made me feel bad. I tried different types of hair supplements for about 6 months per and got nothing from them. I finally found this and about the 4th month I noticed hair poking out of my head in the bald area, and I ran my hand over my entire head and felt prickly little new hairs growing in. The bald spot is gone and my hair grows really fast although some parts are growing faster than others, but you can't really expect a pill to know where to add growth, I just trim it a bit if it looks like a spot needs it, but it really isn't that noticeable to anyone. It doesn't bother my stomach, easy to swallow, I haven't noticed a taste although I take a few vitamins at the same time, seems to be strong enough since it fixed my hair and the money is so worth it.

It seems to be okay and strengthen my nails and such but it does contain a large amount of biotin per serving and my stomach does get a little upset but otherwise it does seem to have an improvement on my nail strength. As for my hair I think it's okay. A little less biotin per serving and this would be great.

Finally found something that works for my nails! I've been taking Nutraharmony Biotin, Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid, and Keratin supplements for [time period], and I'm really impressed with the results. Before starting these, my nails were constantly splitting and peeling - it was so frustrating because they'd break right when they started to get any length. Since I started taking these supplements, I've noticed a real difference. My nails have stopped splitting and peeling, which alone would have made me happy. But beyond that, they're actually growing now! They feel stronger and healthier than they have in years. I'm not sure if it's the biotin, the collagen, or the combination of all the ingredients working together, but whatever it is, it's working for me. If you struggle with weak, brittle nails as I did, these supplements might be worth trying. I will not give a review regarding hair and skin. I personally started to take the supplements for my nails.

I love this brand as their vitamins do exactly what they say. They’re supposed to do. I’ve used a lot of their vitamins and supplements and they all were great for me and are very potent. There’s no taste with this one and I find it very easy to swallow. My skin health and hair health is incredible.
