No, sir. It does not have Special function on SRS.

1. AIOBD 3009 is an obd2 reader and supports ONLY cars with obd2 eobd CAN protocols.
2. Physically, it  requires 12V  DLC with 16PIN socket. 
3. As for year, it works on cars after 1996. Note: NOT ALL cars, but most cars. It is a

common sense that no reader can reader all cars.
4. If your car meets these 3 requirements above, then it works.
5. Please check your car before taking the AIOBD 3009 odb2 reader. 
6. This obd 2 reader has English FR ES DE.
