This works great for me. I just ordered my second bottle! With my first bottle I noticed that my nails grew much faster and thicker. I pluck out my eyebrows and those grew back fast. My leg hair also grew faster and thicker which I’m ok with since I can shave. I also recently got a haircut and wanna see how fast it grows since it’s been slow this past year and it’s the main reason I got this supplement, but seeing how well it’s working already I feel like I can trust this product

Love love love this supplement. I've been using it for years and truly believe it makes a difference in my hair, skin, and nails. I used to have very thin, brittle nails and now I have strong nails that grow fast! I also feel like I notice a difference in my hair in new growth around my temples.

I have only been using these about 2 weeks. My nails have never been so hard. No bad taste, easy to swallow Directions on the bottle say 2 tabs twice daily. I find once daily is sufficient.

Good product

I have used every nail supplement ever made without results. As a nurse my nail health is important. My nails have always been very thin brittle with lines. Very unhealthy and I didn’t know why because I eat very healthy clean diet. I am a fan for life because I trust the ingredients do what they say they will do. I hope I see a change in my hair growth also! I do know I’m not losing as many hairs when I brush. Thank you for providing consumers with a quality, great result product. These supplements are liquid in a capsule. They work great w my digestive system. Easy to swallow, seem to be a good value for your buck and good quality
