One out of two arrived intact, the other was broken into about 30 pieces

I love Laboy and have not had any problems in the past but my last order was poorly wrapped and padded. Two of the most important pieces of glassware were broken. I reached out to customer support and got nothing back. I'm surprised. I've spent at least $3k on their products and it is diappointing that when something goes wrong, they go silent.The one that did arrive in one piece works fine.
