Just Installed, works as advertised
First I want to start off with product support. Email is your only option, however Bonnie is very prompt and gets right back to you. Just keep in mind there's a time zone difference between the US and China, so don't expect answers during non business hours in China. Bonnie answered all my questions right away. I have just installed this unit in my 5th wheel and only tried it with my microwave, coffee maker and power seats. It has sufficient power to run my microwave and the Kerug at the same time if that happens to occur, along with TV running. We really only want it for short overnights such as Harvest Host stays where we don't have shore power. Not using it for A/C. Some things to note. As a previous reviewer stated, the power terminals for hardwiring the output are very small and would not really accommodate 10 gauge wire. Since I was installing on a 30 amp converter pre-wired circuit I ran the 10 gauge from the RV to a transfer switch and out to a box then tied in two of the inverter 15 amp outlets to the 10 gauge and used two of the inverter outlets verses the screw posts. As it is, this provided another advantage. When I powered up the inverter I found the ground was not bonded to neutral. I sent a message to Bonnie as to whether I could bond the ground to neutral without damaging the inverter and the response was yes you can, will not damage the inverter and others have done the same. So I used the Neutral and Gnd screws on the unit to bond the two together and it works fine with no more open ground. I also found the cables provided with it very small gauge for a 3000 watt inverter, so added my own (4/0). The remote display is great. Provides the feedback I want (voltage output, power consumption and a battery voltage indicator). And it lets you turn the inverter on and off remotely which is a plus. The 14' phone cord that came with the remote was too short for me so I purchased a 25' line cord from Lowes and had to cut off one end and re-terminate on a new RJ11 plug as the inverter cable has a straight through RJ11, where-as the line cord from Lowes had one end flipped. Easy fix and the 25' cord works fine. Time will tell on reliability, but for the cost so far I’m happy it. Will be testing out over the next 8 weeks on an RV journey.

Very good 3000 watt inverter damn good price
I bought this to upgrade my Thor sequence 2022 van they only had a 1,000 watt inverter in it so I did a conversion from AGM batteries 200 amp total to lithium 600 amp total so I can run my AC and my microwave without starting the generator every time. This inverter seems to work really good I've only ran it for a week but it's been working perfect. When you hit the higher amperage levels or higher Watts you'll hear the fans kick on. So I wouldn't mount it inside a closed cabinet if you want to have a really good Cooling effect. I put it right next to it /behind the driver's seat where it's hidden very pleased with that choice too. It has four outlets on the front but I used the hard wire AC to link it into a transfer switch. I bought an extra transfer switch and put it in series after the first transfer switch so I can do Shore then Jen then inverter as the logic order to provide Power for the higher amperage panel that does the air conditioner and the microwave. Then the only thing I had to do to make the logic work was between the two transfer switches I put an AC breaker coming off of that line and made an isolated circuit to the RV battery charger converter. That way I'm never using the inverter to go in a circle to charge the batteries which go to the inverter again would make no sense. So this inverter was the cherry on top of the whole project pretty happy with the outcome.

Excellent inverter for the money!
I have run two large shop fans, 500 watts of lights, and power tool chargers all at the same time and the cooling fans never came on. So far so good, no complaints here.

Good unit, low standby power
The unit worked very good for me. The standby power usage was very low, which is what I wanted. The cooling fan, which would use a lot of power, was temperature controlled, so, it would stay off when under low load. This makes it operate more efficiently. I have 2 cons about this unit. 1) the terminals are way too small for the amount of load it can provide. 4000w at 120v is 33 amps. NEC requires #10 copper wire for this type of load. There is no way to connect #10 wire to the terminals. The screws are so tiny, you could never get any type of connector to work. I had to purchase 4 plugs, and wire them to the #10 wire with a terminal block, in order to safely provide power to the distribution panel. 2) the remote box is not flush mount. I think it would be easy to modify, but I have not gotten there yet. Otherwise, the box it comes with is fat and clunky.

Tough and Reliable would by again
I actually have 2 of these. I liked the first one so much I bought another. This unit has been powering my small travel trailor for almost a year now with no problems at all. I mounted it up high to discourage bugs from getting in it, and its in the open to keep it cool. Since I rely on this inverter to power my little house and I'm completely electric, this is basically my power grid and it runs 24/7 every day. Make sure you feed it with 2-0 wire or equivelent to keep the connections cool during high demand and you'll have a long happy life with this unit. It will run my roof AC unit but I use a 8000 btu window unit now as it only needs 500 watts whereas the roof unit is 1500 watts for only a little more air. I cook and run the refrigerator too and it starts the refrigerator and the AC unit without any overload problems. I have overloaded it one time when the toaster, Roof AC, and MIcrowave all came on which is over 3000 watts load. It should down, beeped, and came back on by itself with no damage but I don't want to push my luck. I would recommend this model to anyone who needs reliable AC power full time or part time in emergencies or camping. Just keep it dry and cool and you'll be a happy camper like me :)

Product arrived in good shape and seems well designed and built. We will have it attached to two 200 AH Lifepo4 batteries. Supplied cables are far too small for a 2500 watt inverter. They look like 3 gauge wire. We made our own 2/0 cables which are 3 times larger than originals. The hard wire terminals (L, N, PE) are too small. For an inverter of this size, the screws should be able to attach much heavier wires than what the screws can actually secure. We only used the inverter with a very light load and it performed flawlessly with consistent 119-120 volts showing on the remote display. We were running at 42" TV with a satellite receiver and had it hooked up to just one Lifepo4 battery and after 5 hours of operation, the display showed that battery had only discharged by one of five bars (20%)?? Which, seems very optimistic. Volt meter showed that the battery was discharged closer to 40 to 50%. So, we're questioning the accuracy of the display. Nonetheless, in 5 hours of continuous use, the inverter's fans never kicked in with a light load and the inverter seems to be very quiet and quite efficient under light loading. Although the actual inverter seems like a capable product, the printed manual that comes with it is pretty vague and lacks information. It gives basic setup info and not much more. It should include more data such as proper supply wire gauge, actual dimensions of the device, required mounting clearances etc. The online manual seems to be slightly better. It's hard to do a thorough review for a product you've only had for a few days. Nonetheless, from initial appearances and operation it seems like a good product. Edit: July 16 2025 We have been using this inverter for almost a year now and it has been rock solid. We've recently added a number of high draw appliances and equipment at the camp. A 1600 watt 4 slice toaster, a 1100 watt kettle and a 1200 watt pump. It powers these items (individually) without exception. When we noticed how well it performed on these devices, we thought we'd try to power up our big Bosch mitre saw. It was just like being plugged into grid power. This thing works! In addition, Egscatee customer service is outstanding. They stand strong behind their products.

Researching for power inverters I settled for the EGSCATEE 4000 Watt pure sine wave inverter and I'm glad I did I email the manufacturer for advice of installation and I got a reply the same day .THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL. I have never had such awesome customer service before. Its Sleek attractive design with easy Mount and easy to read LCD remote makes me smile. The inverter does not make a sound when I have the microwave on and .I know exactly what the wattage draw is for each item that is plugged into one of the 4 AC outlets .If you are looking for a power inverter, this is definitely a good purchase

It is a good product. It is a 3000watt running watt inverter, 6000watt peak watt inverter. Positive and negative cables are thick copper wire, two thin cables doubled up to make one connection I would have to say to make it a 2 awg cable. I have this 3000watt inverter in my bell tent connected to a 180 total amp hour lead acid batteries. I had a window air conditioning unit plugged into the inverter and handled it just fine, no hot cables, tried an electric log splitter with it, it didn't work with the extension cord I used with it, have to get heavier extension cord to handle the amperage. Overall I'm happy with the inverter. Made heavy duty and has some weight to it.
