This is my second purchase of these storage paint cans. I use them for touch-up paint so I don't have to open up the gallon cans of paint. It's easy to shake the entire container to remix the paint and because it's plastic, any "old" paint easily peels off.

These are great to store touch up paint, much better than the gallon buckets. Take up way less space too.

I just got both the 1 gallon and quart sizes to store some leftover but very expensive Liquid Ceramic latex paint. So far so good.I used a rubber mallet to tap lids on and it seems to have worked perfectly to close the cans. I could hear the lids “click” into place. I did “lubricate” the can’s lip with paint then turned them upside down and back right side up to be sure the lid was sealed and that a coat of paint could ensure a good long term seal. I left only 1/16” of space between the paint and the top part of the can to get life from stored paint. I had a 5 gallon bucket filled with about 3 gallons of water that I’d used to clean the drill-powered paint mixer to make the Liquid Ceramic paint homogenous before dispensing into separate smaller cans. After I poured the paint and put the lids on with the rubber mallet, I threw the cans into the water bucket to rinse off much of the paint in the can groove to make future opening easier and also more safe from paint chunks getting into the paint.I will update this later should I encounter any problems when I open them for future use.

Keeps paint in good shape and lovely to look at

These work perfect for replacing the tins that wood stain comes in.I use wood stain for lots of small laser cut projects. That means I don’t go through it very fast and I use the same can for a long while. Over time, hammering the lids back on over and over warps them and they no longer keep a tight seal, making the stain dry up and congeal. These jars have plastic lids that don’t warp and can snap on by hand - no hammering.I plan to buy more in various sizes. I’ve started emptying new cans of stain into these immediately when I buy them and they’ve worked great.

Using to hold touch up paint. They are a good storage size for small touch up jobs without having to hang on to a small amount of paint in a gallon can.

Containers are as expected, but the listing said that it was for 4 containers, and I only got 3.They are pricey to start with but paying for 4 and only getting 3 makes them stupid expensive. Not real happy with this purchase.
