I bought this chair for redecorating a bedroom in my house. I liked the neutral color and the fact that the entire cover is washable. I'm really pleased. The swivel works really well, and the chair feels sturdy and super well put-together. The linen color is really elegant, and the material looks nice. I haven't tried washing it yet, so will update if it becomes a mess when I do. There are also some thoughtful details: the cushion, for example, has its own little cover and velcros to the base, so it doesn't slide around. The swivel is also sturdy and comfortable. Finally, and possibly best, the installation/setup is about two min. It says it takes two people, but you could probably manage with one. The pieces are VERY lightweight. I carried the swivel and the seat up a flight of stairs, in two separate trips, BY MYSELF. This means it's a great little easy chair supplement if you're living on your own. In terms of cons, there are only two that I can think of. The first is that the skirt on the bottom of the cover is cut about half an inch too short, which means that a little bit of the iron feet/swivel pokes out at the bottom. This is definitely an unpleasant oversight, and if you're looking for something super formal, stay away. The other thing worth noting, and it's not entirely a con, is that this chair is probably ideal for someone who is petite to mid-sized. It's got a low form factor and short back, and the seat, while comfortable and wide enough for me, wouldn't accommodate a particularly large person. If I want to sit in it for a length of time, I'll pop a cushion in the back to help provide support. This is easily doable since the seat is quite deep. Overall, I'm really pleased with this purchase. It was really exactly what I was looking for, and possibly even a notch above that.

They're perfect! I purchased two of them. They literally took me less than 10 minutes each to put together. The swivel bases are heavy, strong metal and will likely hold up to the weight of anyone who can fit in this chair. Well made and sturdy. I had to wet the dust ruffles because they were really wrinkled from the shipping. I didn't get all of the wrinkles out but I think they'll settle in time. The back doesn't come up all the way, it kind of sits below my shoulder blades (I'm 5'8"), so this isn't something you're likely to fall asleep in, but it's a comfortable chair to sit and read or for guest seating. I covered mine with large, pretty Turkish towels to protect them from my dogs until I can teach them to keep off. An added bonus is that the upholstery zips off for washing. I set them both in my large dining room by a window with a side table between them. Reasonable price for these and I would recommend.

First of all, this is a really cute chair and is great for small spaces, just like I was hoping. Super easy to assemble, decently comfortable and easy to like. My only complaint is that the cover doesn’t seem to be removable as I had thought from reading the reviews. I don’t think they specifically say in the advertising whether or not the cover comes off, but I did see in the question and answers that at least one person affirmed that it does come off for washing in the machine because there’s a zipper on the back. Well, there is a zipper down the back, but I don’t know why because it’s securely stapled on otherwise. The cleaning instructions simply say to wipe off stains with mild soap and a damp cloth. I guess I should have gone to IKEA and bought one of their little armchairs with completely removable slip covers. I have two of their couches and love that I can wash them whenever I want! But, I’m not going to bother returning this chair. It is going in a guest room and I will just hope it holds up for several years without getting too grungy looking.

We purchased two of these to go in front of our fireplace three years ago. In that time, I've had to take the covers off twice to wash them thanks various spills (coffee, hot chocolate, kids and markers/pen). I also spend quite a bit of time on the weekends in front of the fire in them. They get 5 stars for what they are: an inexpensive chair that has held up to some abuse. Pros: - you can wash the covers on COLD/DELICATE. Do NOT dry them in the dryer. Air dry and expect to need to stretch the fabric a bit to put it back on the chair, but it will fit. - light colored fabric washes relatively well. We've been able to remove most messes. - perfect for small spaces - swivel is super nice and works well - the price point for what you get. I have spent way more on much lower quality. These were a nice surprise. Cons - not the most comfortable chairs you will ever sit in; they are also not made for very tall people. They are fine to drink your coffee in and if you have something to prop your feet up on, but do not expect these to give you the best seated experience of your life. Also, keep in mind...the price cannot be beat. - requires some sort of pillow for back support - Getting the covers back on after washing requires some effort. And I imagine if you accidently dry them, forget about getting them on at all.

Bought two and loved the look. One broke. I replaced it. Had it a while and it broke. While we are not small people, we are not nearly 300 pounds.(Supposed weight limit) Won't replace it again. I ordered new chairs that do t swivel.

Fabric comes very wrinkled and not easy to get rid of or iron out!. Very disappointing but what can you expect for the money?

The base support gave way after the 3rd seating in this chair. I was extremely disappointed that the base gave out as the chair was a perfect fit for my size! 5'2" @ 127pounds This chair was extremely comfortable & netrual. Chair has been returned for refund.
