Highly recommended. Threw my last one away. Thinking it was the best but tgis one is even better. I'm going to buy another big one soon.

You know this is a great cooking pan once you take off the cotter pin that keeps the two sides block together. Once you can completely separate the two it becomes much more user-friendly. I took the cotter pin off and threw it away. Because they still lock together very tightly and won't come apart unless you separate them normally. They don't tell you how to remove the cotter pins you do have to look for it at the back of the pan. Now I use this thing all the time, I love it. And highly recommend it.

So far the pan is very none stick. It's not so great for over easy eggs as it was a bit deeper than I expected. Not the pan's fault for that :). The square design seems to promote uneven heating through the pan. Also don't forget to open the pan back up with the deep side down. Could be messy. Over all a nice pan but not exactly what I was wanting.

This pan is pretty easy to use. I am blind and while cooking it’s hard for me to know if things are cooked all the way through or if parts need more time like if I’m mixing things together so I went out looking for a double sided pan and I found this one it works for what I need it to do and my food cooks evenly every time

I love my pan. It’s perfect for roasting potatoes and other veggies.There is some water and steam that drips from the hinges onto the hot stove and in the pan after opening the top lid but it’s not a deal breaker. Flipping it with more than just a tiny bit of liquid isn’t suggested.

I use it almost on a daily basis. Top notch quality. The only gripe is it is hard to clean if they are attached together. I removed the small metal lock holding the to sides together. Then the top side slides off, making it easier for cleaning. I just left the metal lock off as I can still seal the two halves together when cooking. But makes it a lot faster when I clean it.

Don’t fry too many things that needs flipped, therefore skillet it just as good. Takes up a lot of space for the few times I might use it. Good for large omelette. Prefer my fish in the skillet. When you turn pan over everything slides and sometimes doesn’t flip.

I'm amazed by this product! It's so easy to use and the results are amazing. Fish crispy on both sides & easy to clean...and the biggest plus was no smell or spattering. Only downside is when you flip it...fish doesn't really flip ..it's just moved. So you will still have to open it. Wish they had recipes in other languages. Other than that it's a keeper. We're having more fish
