This is a great net. Sturdy, easy to fold and unfold. Belt clip works but could use a better way to attach to wading belt. I used paracord and a D ring to make it easier to attach and unattach. Adjustable length handle makes it easy to land your own or another angler's fish while wading or from a canoe or boat. Folds to a size that is easy to manage. I used a velcro strap to make the net more compact while attached to my wading belt and moving through bushes. Incredible value. I expect it to last years.

This fishing net seems well suited to wilderness fishing opportunities. It folds fairly compactly, has a soft net texture that should not harm fish, and is big enough to successfully contain a decently large walleye, bass, or northern. I bought it as a gift for my son's next Boundary Waters adventure!

This is a replacement net. The first net had a quality issue where the handle fell off, possibly from the wrong type of glue or not enough. 5 stars to customer service for listening to my feedback and replacing! The replacement net has held up sufficiently though I have had issues with folding. Each arm needs to lock in perfect unison or it can lock incorrectly, making it difficult to collapse. As for the net material, it is smooth and the fish and lure hooks remove easily. You just need to shake the net in water to remove any mud. The compact size when folded is perfect for storing in a kayak or tucking out of the way for travel/storage. The net floats great and is a key component I was seeking for a net due to using for kayak fishing. Overall, I like this net and would recommend.

I've had this net for a while now and as someone who fishes about 3x/week, usually with a decent bit of hiking involved, I needed a compact net that holds up well. Overall, the folding bit of the net works really well and the materials are good and easy on the fish. There are two notable problems though. The first is that the belt clip is so stiff it is practically useless; you can't get it on your belt easily and if you don't, you won't get it off. Second, the handle already came apart and while I can slide it back together, it still comes apart from time to time. Not a bad net, but not a great one either.

The net has a very similar look to the current model, but now two float tubes added to two of the three triangular sides. With the added floats, there is no need to worry about the net sinking or getting dropped of your kayak. The net itself is made from a nice snagless material that is very fish friendly. From tip to toe the whole net compresses to fit conveniently in your boat, kayak, car, or anywhere else compact.Overall this is a well product. From company to consumer, Plussino has listened and made a top quality product for any fishermen needing a fish net.Now with all the positivity and praise that I finished giving on this net, time for the one flaw in the near perfect net. I would say the one flaw is in the screw shaft extender on the shaft itself. It is located just underneath the belt clip and due to this, it makes it very difficult to tighten or loosen. Beings I really like this net, there is a way around this problem. My plan is to unscrew the two screws that hold the belt clip in place. Once that is removed, I will be able to extend and reduce the length of the shaft much easier.Again, this is a very well made product and allows for pulling in this fish off the bank, canoe, kayak, or anywhere else that a net is needed.

Just a great net for small boat use. Folds to a really small size for easy storage. And of course opens to a large size to land those big fish. A true value at a reasonable price

I went looking for a fishing net that folds down compactly for backcountry canoe tripping. This net is great! I couldn't expect anything better to fit in my pack for portaging.Folds down easily, sets up easily too.
