Yes, correct. Every pack is felt from the outside to ensure each unique minifigure is identified by their accessories.

Q: Are these the same as Lego Monster fighter figures?

No, these are NOT the Monster Fighters series. These are the poly-bag individual minifigs. That said, they are INCREDIBLY compatible with Monster Fighters! I have the entire Monster Fighters series and this set of minifigs. They look great together. The plant-man and the Spider Queen in particular are fantastic.

Q: One question referenced sealed, original packs but one customer said they received clear bags with "inserts". Are they factory sealed?

The minifigures come in factory sealed bags with an insert showing all figures. If they are in a clear bag, they have probably been removed from the blind bag to determine the identity of the figures. If they have been removed, the listing should clearly state it. A clear bag does not necessarily mean they are fake. I have purchased some out of the factory bag, but the listing stated this fact.
