This SMARTTRAVEL E-bike is great! It’s exactly what I was looking for! It was a bit of a bumpy road in the beginning when I first ordered. But, that has all been taken care of by the customer support at SMARTTRAVEL! The bike is good on all terrains. it is very comfortable to ride. It’s super fast! The SMARTTRAVEL E-bike is a real head turner! I have, and will recommend SMARTTRAVEL E-bikes to my friends and family. The battery set up is genius. Super easy to take out of bike and bring it inside for quick charge. Or even light enough to carry in a backpack easily. The headlight tail light and blinkers are very bright and work perfectly . And even the little satchel that comes with the bike is extremely useful. And no doubt in my mind that this is one of the most solid and dependable E bikes on the market. And I’d have to say it is extremely well priced for the amount of quality and assurance you get with this purchase. It is a Great Ebike for me to use to commute to and from work. And equally perfect and fun to have a casual ride to enjoy the beautiful summer. The seat is comfortable. The throttle is very helpful and it’s sleek and easy to use design. The tires are nice and fat and have a good off-road tread to them. They have a great response and can handle any situation. I’ve recommended this bike to a few people in my area and I’ve already seen someone else riding around on one last week. I hope this review helps you make up your mind. Great bike. Mine has a 1500W (max) motor, btw. I chose this because it has a basic, durable frame with a classic arrangement for repairability and replaceability. Even if the manufacturer, and all the electronics, dies in 5 years, the layout is so standard (for motorbikes) that I can easily hack in a central motor and battery pack. Plus the high ground clearance and no derailleur makes it more capable and reliable off-road. If you ride motorbikes, you’ll like how this one rides and feels, but it’ll be an adjustment before you’re naturally choosing paths and bike lanes rather than the road. It just felt weird in that way. Also, the controls are bicycle format and not moped or motorcycle format. Try not to flip over the bars by confusing the front brake for a (non-existent) clutch lever; it’s worth the effort to cross the brake lines. After that, just set it to PAS5 and leave it there. Ride is comfortable but you’ll need to adjust the rear dampers. I get the feeling whomever chose them didn’t account for there being 2, so the preload is rather heavy, and you’ll probably need to back off the springs for all but the largest riders. Rattles. While it’s nice they included real, metal fenders, they do rattle against their wire stays on hard bumps. If the pavement is good, all you’ll hear is (a lot of) tyre noise. I’m 5’6” and have a 30” inseam; I can securely toe-down both feet, if I choose to. If you’re about the same, a shorter bar neck may put you in a better position, as I’ve done. If you’re around 6’ I don’t know how comfortable you’ll be when pedaling; I’m guessing “not very.” It has a horn. Delay: if you ride motorbikes, you’ll notice a slight delay between throttle-on and the motor responding, jsyk, but the torque comes on rapidly enough.

Perfect Height. I am 5 11 and this bike is perfect. Very fast. Gains speed quickly. Even on hills. Battery shaped like a torpedo. Very good design. Display could be bigger. Metal fenders. Bottom of kickstand broke. Another design flaw of most of these bikes. Except this one broke before I even rode it. This the the only bike I bought that fit my height and legs perfectly.

I want to write an honest review because I haven’t seen much on this bike and it might help people make a decision. I’m loving this bike! Looks super cool and is really fast with a lot of power! Definitely turn a lot of heads riding it. I love the suspension and big tires, it can handle big bumps which I like because my last wreck with on a scooter was caused by little suspension and small tires. The controls are easy and has a twist throttle which is comfortable and nice. Accelerates super fast and is very responsive. I particularly like how it has a bright LED that lights up the road at night, and also how you can remove the battery to charge. Nothing is perfect though. The headlight is different than in the picture, it doesn’t have the metal over it. Also, I have not been able to go faster than 28 mph, and I’m only 155 lbs. that being said, that feels plenty fast enough for me. Another note is I only reached 17-18 mile range while using full throttle and setting through a week of riding. I think it probably could’ve made it at least 1-3 more miles though. (I just get anxiety and had to recharge when it reached 1 bar haha). This was a bit disappointing to me as it advertises 30 miles minimum and I only do flat roads with no heavy wind or anything, but hey still not too bad. To my surprise though, even on one bar of charge left, it never lost any power which was really great to see! Another negative, I’m 5’5” and I have to go on my tippy toes at stops as I can barely reach lol. Not too horrible but I wish it was a little shorter like 1 or 2 inches. Along with that, the seat is horribly uncomfortable. It hurts my butt after a few miles. Overall great bike, and I am freaking loving it! It can probably handle off-road biking as well just haven’t gotten a chance yet. But it does go up steps with ease. I’ll do more reviews on YouTube and whatnot in the future.

Was looking to buy a Raev Bullet GT V2 but they are sold out everywhere in Canada my next choice was the Ride 1up Revv 1 but they are $3000.00 plus $419.00 for shipping . The Smartravel ST2001F caught my attention on Amazon so I checked out Youtube reviews and took a chance and ordered it. Took only 4 days to get my bike delivered for free and when I opened up the box I was blown away at the beauty and craftmanship of this bike . The box came in perfect shape thanks to purolator courior and the factory packing job was absolutely amazing and it came fully charged . The build quality from the frame welds to the quality of all the rest of the parts and the fit and finish was way way more than I EXPECTED . Took me about 45 min. to mount the front tire front fender and the headlight and handle bars . I'm 5 foot 6in. and it fits me just fine . This is my first Ebike and from my first ride I love this bike plus it performed just like it said it would speed wise ride comfort handling everything just great. I'm 65 years old in my 20's I was a competetive road cyclist in my 30's mountain biking but not competetive but no slouch in my mid 40's developed knee pain and hung up the towel with cycling . Now in my old age this bike has lit the fire again , only had the bike a little over a week and put in about 100 miles on it . My knee's will always hurt but I don't always have to pedal and I'm outside going places and riding trails that's what it's all about. Did I mention how amazing this bike looks , it's way nicer than any photo's .

40 hour delivery. From the time I placed the order until the bike arrived at my door. That's right, less than 2 days! I'm assuming I live close to the carrier facility. The bike is loaded with features and it's a good quality build..my only issues is the ridged rear suspension.
